Bhutan Yuden Tours would like to inform all our guests that the minimum official tariff is US$250 per day for peak season and US$200 per day for lean season.

The months of March, April and May and September, October and November are considered as “Peak season” and the other months are considered “Lean season”.

The daily tariff covers :

  1. All Meals [Breakfast /Lunch/Dinner]
  2. Accommodation [Twin Sharing] Single Room Supplement Extra US $: 40 per room per night.
  3. All transportation within the country including airport transfers.
  4. Royalty & Govt. Taxes
  5. Contribution to Tourism Development Fund
  6. Guide
  7. Sightseeing

While on Trek, the cost covers:

  1. Nature Recreation and Ecotourism Division (NRED) Nu.1000
  2. 3 meals a day
  3. Service of cook & helper
  4. Guide, sleeping tent
  5. Mess Tent, Kitchen Tent & Toilet Tent
  6. Ponies to carry supplies
  7. Royalty

–      We will provide you with sleeping mats but you are requested to bring your own sleeping bags.

THINGS TO BRING FOR A TREK IN BHUTAN

Personal clothing: strong normal clothing (according to season). Preferably cotton, even for summer, woolen clothing for the evening and winter.

For Trekking, one must bring:

  • Strong comfortable trekking boots – water-resistant for the rainy period  of June-August
  • Sunscreen
  • Flash light
  • Rain coat (especially for rainy period – June-August)
  • Head gear/hat/cap for sun and rain protection
  • Water pills – for extra caution in purifying stream; (boiled water is provided at all times during the trek)
  • Aspirin – incase of altitude sickness
  • Lots of socks
  • Warm clothes
